Green Toys as a manufacturer is know for environmentally friendly builds and classic toy design. I played with their new water-themed toy the Green Toys Ferry Boat with Mini Cars. I really like the design, as I often do with Green Toys products and I can see this being a great bathtub or pool toy.
CHECK PRICEGreen Toys are packaged in recycled cardboard packaging. Usually no bells and whistles or difficult packaging. The Ferry Boat is no exception and I was ready to play in just a few seconds.
The Ferry Boat is well made and comes apart easily for drying in between bath time. Not only does it float well, but the feature to dry it out properly means it will last a long time and won’t cause any hazard to little ones by building up mold or mildew. The Cars fit inside the boat, roll down the ramp, and roll smoothly when pushed. I wasn’t sure how they would do with holding water but it didn’t seem to be an issue.
As a mom I love that none of the toys seem to hold water where they can get full of mold and mildew. I love that the boat comes apart for drying.
I was skeptical about the cars and the risk of them holding water but I am happy to say this concern ended up being unfounded. I really liked everything about this toy.
The manufacturer recommends this toy for ages 3 and older. However, I personally wouldn’t hesitate to hand this to my 18 month without reservation. There are no choking hazard pieces and it is one of the better water-themed toys I have come across.
Green Toys never ceases to amaze me with their classic and well thought out designs. I really like this toy and look forward to seeing more Green Toy products. The Ferry Boat with Mini Cars is a great little water-themed toy that is sure to last.

I had a good laugh while playing with the Chuckle Ball. This is a great little toddler toy, it isn’t really educational or purposeful but it is goofy, and a lot of fun. This is a silly noise making, bouncing ball of fun and my 18 month old thought it was hilarious!
