It’s so easy that it makes you rewind and watch again. Assorted colors of stretchy fabric, a flat round object, and a pair of scissors. Short story: fabric becomes Barbie’s skirt and strapless top, and without a pattern, sewing, or glue. It just doesn’t get easier. Many times over: thumbs up.
