Disney Frozen Castle Playset Review (Could It Be More Functional?)

The playset is packaged in a clear front packaging that once opened allows you to pull the entire playset out of the box. The dolls including Sven, Kristoff, Olaf, Anna and Elsa are all secured in the package but a pair of scissors makes quick work of releasing all the pieces.

Once opened the mini playset can open and close to hold all the included player pieces. Inside the case, while open, are the two doors to the castle of Arendale. Inside the case is actually rather boring, not much in the way of decorating on the inside. The dolls are all true to their movie forms but cannot stand on their own or stand inside the playset.

I like that this set includes all the main characters from the movie. I also like the glittery exterior of the castle making it look shimmery and snowy.

I think that the playset could have been done better. The outside is well done but none of the windows or doors open and the dolls can’t stand on their own. So it leaves something to be desired.

This Frozen playset is recommended for players over 3 years of age.

Although this Disney Frozen Castle Playset is cute, I definitely think it could have been done better. The playset itself should have had more interactive points and the dolls weren’t very well made. I played with a Disney Animator’s Collection playset that was a lot better so I would rather spend my money there.
