I have had the chance to play with several interactive animals and none have impressed me quite like my experience with Georgie- The Interactive Plush Electronic Puppy. This little puppy is so cute and quick to take commands, I really enjoyed my playtime with him.
CHECK PRICEI would recommend having a box cutter or a good pair of scissors to unbox your Georgie Puppy. He is secured in the package with several of the paper rope ties and I typically find it easiest just to clip these. Unfortunately he doesn’t have an option for frustration free packaging with Amazon.com so I suggest bring plenty of patience to this unboxing. I really struggled to remove him from the package and found the packaging unnecessarily cumbersome and irritating. Once you’ve opened the package you will have an instruction manual, USB charger and one Georgie Interactive Puppy.
The Interactive Puppy comes on and charged so he is ready to play with right away. The instruction manual does a great job of walking you through learning the various voice commands and how to properly interact with your puppy. The handle on the box can be trimmed and turned into your puppy’s first collar.
Interacting with your Georgie Puppy is very simple, you start by saying “Hey Georgie!” and your puppy will bark to acknowledge that he heard you. Once Georgie Puppy has acknowledged you, you can follow with any of the many commands he can understand. For example, “Hey Georgie! Let’s Dance!” or “Hey Georgie! Sit!”
The Georgie- Interactive Plush Electronic Puppy is cute and very responsive. I also love that this puppy is rechargeable with his own USB charger.
I couldn’t find anything to dislike about the Georgie Interactive Puppy. I did get a little tired of saying “Hey Georgie!” after several minutes of playtime. However, since this is the trigger word for Georgie it is an important part of play. Also this Interactive Puppy was rather expensive when compared to other interactive animals I have purchased and played with.
Age recommendations for the Georgie- Interactive Plush Electronic Puppy is 6-10 years of age. However, I really enjoyed playing with it myself so I think the age range will be much higher than that 10 year age maximum.
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase the Georgie Electronic Puppy again. In my opinion, it is one of the best interactive playmates I have had the chance to play with. I didn’t find any glitches with it following the voice commands and the playtime was really enjoyable.
