I ordered my Double Dealer from Amazon.com in the standard packaging. It was easy to open by clipping two pieces of tape and pulling the cardboard insert out of the package. There were a few pieces that need to be assembled. The Double Dealer holds the dart clips on each side of the barrel to deliver double the firing power. Before you get started you have to load the clips and attach two one-time snap pieces to hold the clips in place.
The play time with the Nerf Doomlands Double Dealer Blaster was a lot of fun. I loved how fast it can fire when using the slam fire feature. It has a long range and a lot of power for being as light-weight as it is. The clips come out easily with one hand for quick reload which is another huge bonus.
I love the unique design and the range best. The double firing action is neat as well but I think in a “nerf battle” I will like the lightweight design and the range best.
I don’t have anything that I dislike about the Nerf Doomlands Double Dealer Blaster. The design is great because it is both lightweight and unique. Also I haven’t had any jams with this gun which is a huge bonus.
The Double Dealer is recommended for players over 8 years of age. I think the lightweight design plays well to this age group because it will be fun and easy to handle for multiple age groups.
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase the Nerf Doomlands Double Dealer Blaster again for my personal arsenal. I think it’s a great addition to any collection and will be great in “battle”. The design is unique and the firing action is awesome!
